Approaching Hari Raya Idul Fitri, we ship everyday until 19 April 2023.
There will be no deliveries within 20 - 25 April 2023.
All online orders that are received from 20 - 25 April will be dispatched on 26 April 2023. Allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Please note, during peak times delivery times may vary - please email email@example.com if you do not receive your order in the timeframe specified.
Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non - business days. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday, Sunday and during Public Holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates.
We use JNE for all local deliveries, for special requests please contact us here. Orders received after 12 noon WIB will be processed the next business day.

If the products that you have received is not the right size, we gladly accept exchange of products within 5 days of receiving your item. We can only exchange an item for a different size in the same style if it’s still available. The item/s must be in original condition, must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Once the item/s have been received they will undergo a quality review and our team will contact you to discuss further steps.
Items purchased on SALE are unable to be returned or exchanged.
All of our products are checked for quality before dispatch and we try our best to ensure that all of our products are delivered to you in perfect condition. If your item is damaged in the delivery process, please contact email@example.com we’d also ask for you to please include images of the damage to support your claim.
