what you need:

notes for mommy and daddy
To prepare the natural pine cones for our craft, we lined the oven rack with tin foil and baked them in the oven at 200°C for about 90 minutes.
Wood catches fire above 300°C, so you don't have to constantly monitor the pine cones for fear of fire. But it is a good idea to check on them periodically to make sure nothing odd is happening with the paper and any dripping pine sap.

create a circle
wrap wire around a can / bottle to create the perfect circle, cut and wrap the ends together (approximately 25 cm long)

affix your pine cone
affix 7 to 10 pine cones to the wire using your glue gun

add name
cut cardstock into thin strip, and clip the ends into a V-shape, then write your name. attach name banner using glue gun.
hang it up like a twinkling star on a tree, or let it sit on a shiny plate like a magical treasure showing everyone where to sit at the party!
